It's disappointing and disheartening when you have such great players in this team that compliment each other but...you also have those in the team that have been consistently disappointing and do not deserve to be on the court. Why have subs if you aren't going to use them. This could have been the year for the Magic but as usual, after the few dodgy umpire calls and minor mistakes the biggest blame for why we cannot get it right must come down to the decision of the coaches.If a player isn't performing, they should not be on, Coach.Make the Call...To those players who hang their heads in disappointment, my biggest condolences as it is you, at the end of the day, that your coaches have failed. All the hard work and effort you put into a season only to be let down...
This is putting it nicely, there are so many people out there that would love to say what I am saying, but in a nastier way...At the end of the day it is not about being nasty, it is about taking responsibility and knowing when you have done wrong and when your time is up. Please for the sake of those loyal to this team that do not want to walk away, TAKE NOTICE. See what needs to be seen and say what needs to be said.

Hi, just a thought thats been on my mind for awhile now & after watching Monday nights game I still have the same thought.
The Magic look like they have gone stale & lack badly in new ideas. There seems to be no real desire to
win, the on court body language is not good & hasn't been foe some time now...
So, is it time for some changes in management/coaching staff I'm wondering..
Why have NZ franchises never looked to recruit in oz for coaching staff, if they can do it in the rugby world, why not in netball..
