Adri enjoys the challenge of influencing strategy in her role as Board Chair for Netball Waikato and as a director on the Waikato Bay of Plenty Magic Board. Adri’s experience in governance sees her as President of NASCA NZ (a national incorporated society representing needs assessment agencies NZ), and on various other community boards.
Adri is the CEO of LIFE Unlimited a health and disability provider has worked as leader of this for some time. LIFE Unlimited is a national organisation providing Needs Assessment, Community Services, Independent Youth Benefit assessments, Hearing Therapy services, Altogether Autism NZ in Partnership, and facilitates a Diploma in hearing therapy. An organisation highlight in 2006 was leading LIFE Unlimited to win the Westpac Waikato Chamber of Commerce overall Best Business excellence award, Newstalk ZB Not-for-Profit & Public Sector Organization award and Hamilton City Council Innovation award. The pinnacle for 2006 was receiving the Vodafone Chief Executive of the Year award.
Adri has an Executive MBA and a diploma in Business Studies and HR. Adri has a great interest in sport as a spectator and participator. Married to Mark with two independent, adult children and five grandchildren, Adri is a keen boaty (when time permits), and avid book reader and enjoys fine wine.
