Peter De Luca - Board Chair

A managing partner in Tompkins Wake Lawyers, in Hamilton specializing in Company Law and commercial / business law acting for a wide cross section of businesses in both public and private companies across a broad range of industries and sectors. Peter brings substantial board level experience to Magic.

As a director his first role was to develop the new constitution for the Company.  He is currently Chairman on a number of Company Boards' within the Waikato and the Bay of Plenty and is one of the four independent Board Directors.
