Defending champions Te Wānanga o Raukawa Pulse claimed their first win of the 2021 ANZ Premiership season with a forceful 59-47 win over Splice Construction Magic in Hamilton on Sunday.
The Magic are back at home in Round 2 and looking to continue their winning streak as they take on the Pulse at Claudelands Arena on Sunday 25 April at 6.15pm.
The new-look Splice Construction Magic have fittingly welcomed Australian shooter Caitlin Bassett into the ANZ Premiership with a 64-60 first-up victory over the Northern Mystics in Auckland.
